Any of the below terms & conditions, may be updated , changed or deleted at any time without prior notice by citytransferistanbul.com  By accessing, browsing and using our website and completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

 1- All bookings must be made at least 5 hours prior to pick up time of service. For reservations up to 5 hours prior to departure, you will need to send an e-mail to info@citytransferistanbul.com or call us at (+90) 212 517 0013 or (+90) 532 777 0264 and once you have received confirmation make payment according to the instructions that will be provided.

2- When two or more persons are included in the same booking, the person who makes the booking guarantees that he had also on behalf of other people and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of the other parties. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

3- For every successful booking we will send a confirmation e-mail containing data related to your trip and ask your confirmation. It is the responsibility of those making the reservation to check before the start of the trip that the data on the booking voucher is correct and, if not, inform TTG Travel  (www. citytransferistanbul.com) as soon as possible. TTG Travel (www. citytransferistanbul.com) cannot be held responsible for errors in the execution of the service resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of booking. You must present your voucher to the driver of the vehicle at the beginning of the journey. The supplier can refuse to perform the transfer unless showing the booking voucher. If you do not reconfirm your reservation we keep the rights to refuse to offer transfer service.

4- At the time of reservation the total price fixed according to the preferred locations, number of persons at each transfer and selected vehicles type. If there will be any difference at the actual transfer service such as number of persons, location of the hotel or address, vehicle type etc. there might be additional charges otherwise (www. citytransferistanbul.com) can refuse to perform the transfer service.

5- The indicated prices are per vehicle not per person.  In particular for private transfers, please note that all children and infants count towards the occupation of the vehicle, regardless of age, and therefore should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking. If you need a child seat for a child, we recommend that you bring your own because of the variation in quality and availability in destinations. (www. citytransferistanbul.com) do not guarantee for all the request and it is always subject to availability.

6- Prices are inclusive of fees and VAT, in accordance with Turkish law.

7- All prices are in Euro and prices are subject to change without prior notice. In this case your confirmed transfer services will be provided from confirmed prices. Updated rates will be applied only for the new bookings.

8- The transfer rates will be paid to the driver in cash only. If you want to use other payment methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, Credit card etc. you have to contact with us in advance and pay before the transfer date.
