Kartalkaya is a small but famous ski resort, located in the Koroglu mountains near the city of Bolu and 6 hours away from International Ataturk airport in Istanbul. During the week, the place is quieter in relation to weekends, where many people from Istanbul and Ankara are visiting the resort. The skiing season lasts 4 months, from December to March and the resort provides conditions for Alpine style skiing and Tour skiing. The altitude starts from 1850 to 2220 meters and the snow can reach up to 3 meters. The resort offers 10 lifts, 14 trails, 1 terrain park and also hotel accomodation

Kaya Palazzo Ski Resort offers 1,5 million square meters ski area, 7 lifts and 11 tracks with various levels of difficulty for both ski and snowboard lovers. Provides accommodation at the Kaya Palazzo Hotel, a place with distinct architecture and outstanding quality of service

--Kartalkaya Resort is 54 km away from Bolu. The distance between Bolu and Ankara airport is 200 km and between Istanbul Ataturk airport is 280 km

--From the city center of Bolu takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the Ski Center. There are bus services from the hotels to the resort

Bu sene Kartalkaya kayaz merkezi gerçekten son derece harika. Kar kalitesi süper. Hafta sonlari yer bulmak zor olsa da kışın tadını, karın keyfini yaşamak için ideal.
