One of the most important national occasions for both Australia and New Zealand!

Anzac Day, marks the anniversary of the first major military action by Australian and New Zealand forces, during the First Wold War. All the soldiers in those forces became known as Anzacs. Ceremonies for soldiers who died in Dardanelles War are organized every year on April 25. They honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who fought at Gallipoli against the Ottoman Empire during World War I

 
We provide a 2-day tour programme for the ceremony of Anzac Day in 2016:
 

24th April  Istanbul - Eceabat

07:00 Meet with the group at Hagia Sophia Museum
07:15 Depart from Istanbul ( on the way we will take a break for lunch )
12:30 Arrive at Eceabat
13:00 Depart for Dawn Service

25th April  Eceabat - Istanbul

05:30 Dawn Service
10:00 Australian National Ceremony at Lone Pine
11:45 New Zealand National Ceremony at Chunuk Bair
Return to Istanbul
